Customer Service Manager: CSO is one of the integrated positions in the operations team of the branch. CSO is primarily responsible for timely processing of bank transactions, such as money transfer and checks, opening accounts, settling office invoices, ensuring timely solution of client requests and improving customer service levels. Customer Service CSO is responsible for generating potential customers from account verification and savings account - CASA for new customers and deepening existing customer account balances. CSO conducts external marketing calls, leads prospecting, and new referrals for business.
